With Brexit looming and many analysts predicting increasingly serious problems with available care staff as a result, care homes may become increasingly reliant on agency staff to fill the gaps.

Utilising agency staff can be an effective and flexible way of managing staff shortages. However, it is essential that care homes carefully consider the terms and conditions that they are entering into every time they use an Agency to provide short-term care workers.

We have prepared some quick tips to help you avoid these fees and if you have any questions or require assistance, please let us know.
