The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has issued an update on its approach in the face of the Coronavirus outbreak.
Key points are:
1. In Depth Assessments (IDAs) are suspended.
2. registered providers (RPs) must still communicate with the RSH in the event of non-compliance (or potential non-compliance) with the regulatory standards.
The RSH has reassured RPs that its approach is proportionate and will take account of the current challenging circumstances. If you need any support on compliance or governance then please do get in touch.
Registered providers are reminded that they are expected to communicate in a timely manner with the regulator on material issues that relate to non-compliance or potential non-compliance with the regulatory standards
